These terms apply to your use of 360PartsAgent, a service operated by AMERILINK CORP., 1565 North Park Dr, Ste 100, Weston, FL 33326, USA. By using the service, including through WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
What the service does
360PartsAgent helps repair shops find and order parts from independent distributors. We prepare quotes and send orders to the distributor you choose. The distributor sells, invoices, delivers and handles payment, warranty and returns for the parts. We are not the seller of the parts.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate vehicle information and confirm the vehicle and parts before ordering.
- Use the service only for legitimate business purposes.
- Pay distributors according to the terms you agree with them.
Quotes and automated suggestions
Part suggestions are prepared with automated tools, including artificial intelligence, using catalog and fitment data from distributors and manufacturers. Prices and stock come from distributors and can change. Always confirm fitment before installing a part.
Cancellations and returns
Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled through the chat. Returns follow each distributor's return policy; we help you request them and track their status.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, AMERILINK CORP. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the quality, delivery or warranty of parts sold by distributors. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees, if any, you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access to the service in case of misuse. We will post changes on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Qué hace el servicio

Tus responsabilidades
- Dar información correcta del vehículo y confirmar el vehículo y las piezas antes de pedir.
- Usar el servicio solo con fines comerciales legítimos.
- Pagar a los distribuidores según las condiciones que acuerdes con ellos.
Cotizaciones y sugerencias automáticas
Las sugerencias de piezas se preparan con herramientas automáticas, incluida inteligencia artificial, usando datos de catálogo y compatibilidad de distribuidores y fabricantes. Los precios y el stock los dan los distribuidores y pueden cambiar. Confirma siempre la compatibilidad antes de instalar una pieza.
Cancelaciones y devoluciones
Los pedidos que no han salido se pueden cancelar desde el chat. Las devoluciones siguen la política de cada distribuidor; te ayudamos a pedirlas y a seguir su estado.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida que la ley lo permita, AMERILINK CORP. no responde por daños indirectos ni por la calidad, entrega o garantía de las piezas vendidas por los distribuidores. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo relacionado con el servicio se limita a lo que nos hayas pagado, si algo, en los 3 meses anteriores al reclamo.
Cambios y terminación
Podemos actualizar estos términos o suspender el acceso en caso de mal uso. Publicaremos los cambios en esta página.
